This is a character called: Oliver from webcomic, Spaceboy.
In fact, if you look closely, Oliver is looking up to someone. ( There is a tiny Amy reflection in his eyes~)
There is a mistake here, Oliver is taller than Amy, but I thought it would capture his inner "flavor"~
